At Active Life Physical Therapy & Wellness Center, we aim to combine our expertise in physical therapy with our passion for helping people in order to achieve our ultimate goal of providing excellent treatment and improving people’s health and well-being.
Your first visit will involve an evaluation from a licensed physical therapist in which a history, examination, plan of care will be performed and formulated then discussed with the patient. The first visit also typically includes treatment using a variety of hands-on techniques as well as exercises and stretches. Exercises and stretches to be performed at home will often be discussed if appropriate. It’s helpful to bring your ID, insurance card, prescription/authorization, and comfortable clothing to your first appointment.
